Special melting and processing techniques allow the Academy Group to produce high purity gold sputter targets for any application. Gold purities of 99.99% and 99.999% are available in planar and round form including diameters up to 18” and one piece, planar targets up to 75” long. Each target is produced with small, uniform grain structure and full certificate of analysis.
