In 1976 The Academy Group began as Academy Corporation, a refiner of silver from jewelry and photographic waste. Over 30 years Academy Corporation expanded in both the markets it serves and products if provides.

Today, the company operates as The Academy Group. Operating from six different locations, the company’s refining and manufacturing capabilities have grown to include products that are diverse in their method of production and in their application.
